My family loves these muffins! And I can bake these delicious pieces without a guilty conscience! Because thanks to the oat flour and the ground nuts they are gluten-free and also completely without cow's milk a true moment of pleasure! I have baked them several times and my kids especially like the version with the KIDS LOVE CHOCY MYLK chocolate. The highlight of the recipe are of course the courgettes. They can't be found in the muffins due to the peeling and therefore don't bother at all. They make the dough much fluffier and much healthier!
